On my 1st holiday to Turkey for some winter sun. This hotel needs knocking down and starting again. Rooms are small with no heating in one of the rooms. Bathroom mirror had a massive crack from left to right. Staff looked like they needed to put their uniforms on was like being at a 1970's sitcom. It's a shame the view was amazing. Just so old and not looked after. Check in at 00.00 is useful. We had checked out as soon as we could and moved to new accommodation. It seemed that breakfast / all inclusive is a summer option. As kitchen shut for winter. Wifi not working, stray cats and a building site around each corner. This hotel is one to avoid.

Hôtel insalubre, chambres non entretenues. Odeur pestilentielle dans certaines chambres. Nous avions par ailleurs été débité deux fois à la réservation, ce que l’hôtel n’a jamais reconnu (nous avons dû faire opposition par la banque). A posteriori, nous avons vu que nous n’étions pas les seuls. Réclamation en cours sur Booking… Nous ne sommes pas restés et avons trouvé dans le centre de Bodrum un hôtel très bien et beaucoup moins cher. À éviter à tout prix

Originally booked for 15 nights. Stayed 1 night and left. The place was a building site (it was certainly in need of refurbishment- the room we did stay in was disgusting) but wasn't informed of work prior to arriving. Brick dust everywhere, workmen going about their day - how on earth did they expect you to sit and relax. Offered us a better room but that wasn't going to make our stay any better. Never offered any compensation or refund when we left. Awful experience. Should have seen red flags when they took 50% of the value of the booking 10 months prior to stay and then remaining 50% seven months prior only to try and take 100% AGAIN a month prior all bearing in mind we had an option to cancel with no penalties 2 weeks before the start of our stay.

Burası otel değil Apart , temizlik sıfır berbat odalar kokuyor . Yemeklerden sonra 2 hafta yemek yiyemedim ve mide ağrısı çektim . Tatil deneyimi için berbat ve ötesi bir yerdi artık daha dikkatli araştırırım. Yorumlara bakmıştım ama birisi kötü yorum atınca direk 5 6 tane iyi yorum yaptırıyorlar yorumlar da sahte yani aldanmayın

Disgusting customer service.... dirty rooms no English signs in hotel all inclusive very poor ..... paper cups !!! Poor bed clothes very disappointed..... will not be going back or recommending it it anyone at all ..... needs a,complete refurbishment and staff that know the hotel business

Herşey dahil ama olan herşey dahil :))) düşündükçe gülüyorum yaaa Tatilbudur un büyük bir kazığı oldu bize... son zamanlarda olumlu yorumlar yazılmış sakın sizi yanıltmasın :) Personeller güleryüzlü, ilgili ama malzeme yetersiz ve kalitesiz olduktan sonra onlar ne yapabilir. Yemekler çok kötüydü, açık büfe demeye bin şahit ister.Hayvan seviyoruz ama ortalıkta 10-15 tane kedi yemek vakti hurra çekiyorlar üstümüze :)) Kahvaltıda aynı peyniri üstüne kekik kırmızı biber vs koyarak ayrı ayrı servis ediyorlar zengin gözüksün diye, Otelde çoğu zaman yemek yiyemedik, genelde salata yedik. Otel 1950 lerden kalma retro havası var, odamız da TV çalışmıyordu, oda servisi var mı bilmiyorum; olsa bile odada telefon yoktu. Konum iyi ama rüzgarlı günde tüm pislikler bizim sahilde, 2 gün denize girmek için yalıçiftlik ve ortakent e gittik. Gerçekten kötü kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

This place is a concrete fraud. Don't go crazy! Do not book here under any circumstances, you will be very disappointed. Turkey is of a much higher standard than this. I pity those who come here for the first time and think Turkey is like this. This hotel is a disgrace! We were immediately turned out of the mouldy, dirty, room where it is difficult to describe the conditions. The staff readily showed us 2 more rooms. It was a pity... The sight was disgusting everywhere, the dirty beds, bathrooms, the smell. If you've booked here, cancel today! (They should close the whole place down immediately.)

Hôtel de M...... Voleur....a prélevé 2148,59 euros de trop. Et ne rembourse pas. Chambre délabré sale ainsi que les parties communes. Attention ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles...me ménage n'est pas fait. On est obligé de demander.... Photos mensongères
